Join Amify's growing eCommerce team as an Amazon Support Specialist, where you'll play a key role in maintaining account health, resolving support tickets, and creating data-driven dashboards for our portfolio of clients.

This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in the dynamic world of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and are ready to take ownership of operational support functions within a high-performing, client-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Monitor Amazon Seller Central accounts for policy violations, listing issues, and account health metrics
  • Identify root causes of account or listing problems and drive resolutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Create and optimize product listings and variation structures according to Amazon's policies and client goals
  • Support Operations Managers/Directors by regularly reporting on account health, ticket status, and key operational issues
  • Pull data from Amazon platforms and proprietary systems to build insightful, easy-to-use dashboards for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of support tasks, contributing to seamless eCommerce operations for multiple clients

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
  • Strong written communication skills; clear, concise, and professional
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with ticketing or project management systems
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and desire for accountability
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Exposure to inventory management, supply chain, or eCommerce operations
  • Working knowledge of Amazon trends, best practices, and marketplace standards
  • Familiarity with creating dashboards or reports for cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to adapt and stay current with Amazon's evolving platform and policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
