Onsite | Cebu IT Park – Ebloc 3 Building, Padriga St., Lahug, Cebu City

Full-time | Rotating 8-hour shifts, may include nights/weekends (based on U.S. client schedules)

About the Role:

Join a dynamic support team providing critical back-office and administrative assistance to U.S.-based healthcare providers. You'll play a key role in helping clinics and medical professionals run more efficiently by handling non-clinical tasks, communication, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support U.S. healthcare clients with day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Handle phone, email, or chat-based communications in a professional manner.
  • Deliver high-quality service aligned with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • At least 1 year of BPO experience; healthcare-related support experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on shifting schedules aligned with U.S. time zones.
  • Quick learner with a proactive, client-focused attitude.
