About the role

Join 110 Consultants Inc' as a Property Accountant based in Pasig City Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and reporting of the property's financial accounting.

This position encompasses a range of tasks, including:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Reconcile property accounts and identify any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions, expenses, and income
  • Analyse and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management
  • Collaborate with property managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure financial reporting accuracy
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for property-related initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accountancy
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, property management, and reporting
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as IPAS, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate financial information effectively
  • Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance requirements
  • Must have a good working attitude
