What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Property Manager, you'll work closely with the Property Manager to keep properties running smoothly, maintain tenant satisfaction, and ensure operational efficiency. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Serving as a point of contact for tenants and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Assisting with leasing processes, renewals, and lease compliance.
  • Coordinating property maintenance and vendor services.
  • Managing rent collections and supporting basic accounting tasks.
  • Conducting property tours for prospective tenants.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic understanding of lease terms and property operations.
  • College degree in a related field preferred.
  • A team player who can also take initiative and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
