A Brand Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day execution of brand marketing strategies. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of brand management principles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and mentor junior team members:
  • Guide and supervise the work of Brand Associates and other junior team members.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment.
  • Oversee brand marketing campaigns:
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyze results.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure brand consistency:
  • Monitor brand performance across all touchpoints and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Address any inconsistencies or issues that may arise.
  • Project management and coordination:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development, creative) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends:
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (additional qualifications may be preferred)
  • At least 2- 3 years related working experience in Marketing
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in project management and multitasking
  • Basic to advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
