KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Marketing Support: Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, events). This also involves helping to manage content creation for various platforms like social media, email, and websites.
  • Brand and Communications: Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials , coordinating with external vendors and designers , and drafting promotional materials.
  • Data and Analytics: Tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics such as engagement, conversion, and ROI. The role also involves preparing reports on these metrics for management.
  • Digital Marketing: Executing and managing digital initiatives like social media presence, email marketing, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The associate is also responsible for tracking performance and providing insights for digital campaigns.
  • Sales and Business Support: Assisting the sales teams with marketing materials and lead-generation efforts. This also includes helping to organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in marketing support, coordination, or research.
