JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • 1. Develop and execute brand strategy:
  • Define and articulate the brand vision, mission, values, and positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.).
  • Oversee brand identity guidelines and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • 2. Manage brand performance:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign results.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to the brand strategy.
  • Monitor brand reputation and address any negative feedback or crises.
  • 3. Product launches and innovation:
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, sales, etc.) to ensure successful product launches.
  • 4. Budget management:
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively.
  • Negotiate with vendors and agencies to secure the best deals.
  • 5. Team leadership and mentorship:
  • Guide and mentor junior marketing team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative team environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful brand building and campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
