About the role

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team at Alberto Shoes Corporation. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila. As our Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in driving the brand's digital marketing strategy and executing engaging campaigns across our online platforms.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist in executing digital campaigns focused on customer acquisition and retention across paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.), SEO, email, and affiliate channels.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to optimize product listings, landing pages, and overall website content to improve conversions.
  • Support the planning and scheduling of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional blasts.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Klaviyo (or similar ESP).
  • Help manage product feeds for platforms like Google Shopping, Facebook Catalog, and Amazon (if applicable).
  • Conduct competitive research and assist in keyword analysis to enhance paid and organic visibility.
  • Coordinate with designers and copywriters to create compelling digital assets and promotional content.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely execution of sales, holidays, and product launches.
  • Stay current on eCommerce and digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an eCommerce or DTC (direct-to-consumer) setting.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or BigCommerce.
  • Working knowledge of digital tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Basic understanding of online shopping behaviors, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
