KNC Group of Company a Franchisee of Jollibee Food Corporation is seeking for a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist that will support multiple brands under the Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC), you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent for various positions across our quick service restaurant (QSR) brands. This includes hiring for restaurant crew, management trainees, store managers, and support roles for brands such as Chowking, Greenwich, Mang Inasal, and Red Ribbon. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and ensuring alignment with each brand's culture and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Operations and HR teams to assess manpower requirements across brands and regions.
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring in QSR environments.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant-level and corporate roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for front-line and leadership positions through campus recruitment, job fairs, employee referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Utilize HR tech tools to manage candidate data and drive recruitment efficiency.
  • Ensure brand consistency and a great candidate experience across all JFC brands.
  • Support employer branding initiatives across various platforms (social media, career fairs, community engagement).
  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to inform strategy and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in the QSR, retail, hospitality, or FMCG industries.
  • Familiarity with hiring for various levels: frontliners, supervisors, and managerial roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media (e.g., Facebook Jobs, LinkedIn), and local networks.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to store locations or job fair events as needed.
