  • Handle calls, messages, and walk-ins with prospects
  • Run orientations, seminars, and pitch presentations
  • Close deals and assist clients through onboarding
  • Meet monthly sales goals for franchise sign-ups
  • Represent the brand at events and activations

Compensation & Commission Structure:

  • Commission: Per closed franchisee
  • Bonuses: Monthly incentives for top closers
  • Perks: Travel allowance, referral rewards
  • No cap — higher sales = higher earnings

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Driven, confident, and results-oriented

  • Comfortable using Facebook, IG, Gmail, Google Drive
