Detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant role focused on managing third-party invoice processes and supporting daily site administration for a proactive team.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the receipt, organization, and processing of third-party invoices.
  • Verifying invoice accuracy and completeness before processing for payment.
  • Maintaining filing systems for invoices and relevant documentation.
  • Communicating effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice inquiries.
  • Assisting with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, business travel, and correspondence.
  • Supporting the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Facilitating corporate documentation requirements.
  • Assisting in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting employee engagement and business activities conducted remotely, on-site, or at external venues.
  • Providing general support to the Country Manager in running site operations.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or invoice management is advantageous.
  • Relevant internship or coursework in administration or accounting is considered a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
