Job Summary:

The TQD Officer is responsible for overseeing the TQPD Department, ensuring quality standards and operational excellence across all areas, including Sales, Communications, and other departments. This role combines Quality Assurance (QA), Training and Coaching, System Management, and Reporting responsibilities. The TQD Officer also serves as the Point of Contact (POC) for all TQD-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct evaluations, audits, and monitoring for Sales, Communications, and other departments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
  • Training & Coaching: Design, implement, and facilitate training and coaching sessions to develop employee skills and improve team performance.
  • System Management: Oversee CRM and other operational systems, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with business processes.
  • POC Responsibilities: Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all TQD-related concerns, coordinating between departments and management.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing processes, provide actionable recommendations, and implement improvements to enhance performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports summarizing QA results, training progress, system performance, and departmental metrics.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records, guidelines, and performance documentation to support QA and training initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and management to ensure alignment of QA, training, and operational goals.
  • Strategic Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives to support organizational development and departmental objectives.
  • Others: May be assigned to perform TQPD-related tasks.
