About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative for our Content Moderation Account (NON-VOICE). In this full-time role based in Quezon City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via email, chat, and other digital channels
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
