In this role, you'll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring. You'll ensure every step of the process aligns with our company philosophy and labor regulations, helping us build a strong, dynamic team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course
  • At least two (2) yeas of relevant experience
  • Licensed Psychometrician is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel functions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with all levels of people in the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring. You'll process manpower requisition forms, post job openings internally and on various online platforms (social media, job portals), and establish connections with institutions and organizations. You will also conduct candidate assessments, including administering tests and evaluations, and perform thorough background checks to ensure we find the best fit for our team.
  • Training & Development: Support the creation and improvement of recruitment-related training materials. You'll also prepare the logistics for training sessions and may serve as a trainer or subject matter expert to lead discussions on key topics.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain and update our recruitment database for easy tracking and retrieval of documents. You'll also prepare, consolidate, and analyze recruitment data to create comprehensive monthly hiring reports for the entire Autohub group. This includes monitoring and providing feedback to various dealerships to ensure consistency in reporting.
  • External Relations: Represent Autohub at job fairs and networking events. You'll also coordinate with other business units and external partners to address recruitment-related matters.

Work set-up and schedule: Dayshift: 8am-5pm, Onsite (6 days a week)
