About the Role
Radix HR is seeking a reliable and proactive Finance and Admin Officer/Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and manage day-to-day administrative functions. This role is essential in supporting our fast-growing real estate business through accurate financial management and efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly cash position
- Handle payroll computation, government compliance, and remittances
- Coordinate with outsourced accountants for tax filings and financial reports
- Assist in sales commission computation and broker incentive tracking
- Generate monthly management reports (P&L, cash flow)
- Prepare financial forecasts and support annual budgeting
- Recommend financial controls, cost-saving strategies, and profit monitoring
- Liaise with auditors, BIR, and banks as needed
Administration
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and supply management
- Supervise and support admin staff (HR, utility, support roles)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Coordinate internal schedules, meetings, and employee requirements
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new hires
- Manage basic HR documentation and records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a finance/admin role (real estate experience a plus)
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound business judgment
- Able to work independently with integrity and initiative
