Job Summary: Primarily responsible for administrative and technical support in the implementation of HR activities
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR Management, or any related field

1-2 years relevant experience an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Computer literate
Responsibilities:

Assisting in the implementation of employees compensation and benefits: Encoding of Timekeeping forms of employees to HRIS, Timely processing of company and statutory benefits
-
Timekeeping support: Preparing Overtime (OT) reports, Receiving/Encoding/Filing of attendance forms
-
Implementation of different activities in the employee relations: Updating of HR bulletin board, preparing and distributing notices involving COC violations by rank and file employees
-
Provides secretarial services to all department initiated meetings
-
Office supplies inventory and control assistance, and ensures that files in the records room are properly kept
-
Maintenance of records: Updating of 201 files, Receives, logs, releases, and routes documents and monitors their status

Prepares HR Reports: Benefits Reports, Salary Administration Reports, Employee Relations Reports
