About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff to join our team at the DN Steel Group of Companies' office in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Prepare canvass sheet for all requisitions
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices, terms, and delivery times
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and minimize disruptions to operations
  • Analyze procurement data and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement policies and procedures

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
