Job Title: Purchasing Staff

Location: Quezon City Office and Project Sites

Salary Range: ₱18,000 – ₱20,000

Job Description

We are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to manage sourcing and purchasing of construction materials. The successful candidate will ensure that all materials and supplies are procured on time, at the best cost, and with the required quality to support residential and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the most cost-effective deals.
  • Prepare purchase orders and track timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain and regularly update the supplier database, material cost records, and master list.
  • Monitor material usage and coordinate with project teams for accurate supply requirements.
  • Ensure all purchased materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on market trends, construction materials, and cost fluctuations.
  • Assist in cost control, budgeting, and monitoring of procurement-related expenses.
  • Conduct site visits to verify material deliveries and supplier performance.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering, Architecture, or related courses.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in construction or fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, pricing, and suppliers.
  • With established supplier network and/or material cost master list is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other office applications.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to be assigned at the Quezon City office and visit project sites when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
