Job description:

Naghahanap ang LEC Steel ng maasahan at organisadong Purchasing Staff na tutulong sa procurement ng materials, supplies, at services na kailangan ng kumpanya. Responsable ang posisyong ito sa paghahanap ng suppliers, pagkuha ng quotations, at pagsigurong maayos, tama, at cost-efficient ang mga binibili ng kumpanya.

  • Paghahanap at pakikipag-coordinate sa accredited suppliers
  • Paghahanda ng Purchase Orders (PO) at iba pang procurement documents
  • Pagkuha at paghahambing ng price quotations
  • Pag-monitor ng deliveries at pag-follow up sa suppliers
  • Pagtitiyak na tama ang quantity, presyo, at specifications ng mga bibilhing items
  • Pagtutulungan sa Accounting at Warehouse para sa documentation at inventory alignment
  • Pagpapanatili ng updated na supplier database at price list
  • Pagsunod sa procurement policies ng kumpanya

Mga Kwalipikasyon

  • Graduate ng anumang Business-related course o equivalent
  • May experience sa Purchasing o Procurement (advantage)
  • Marunong gumamit ng MS Excel at basic office tools
  • May strong negotiation, communication, at organizational skills
  • Detalyado, matapat, at marunong mag-handle ng multiple tasks
  • Handang magtrabaho sa Quezon City
