Overview

You'll play a key role in shaping the voice and reach of the client — curating impactful conversations, driving audience engagement, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You'll also collaborate closely with the Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Public Relations team to align podcast content, messaging, and promotional strategy with broader brand and growth objectives.

This role requires a strategic storyteller with both creative flair and analytical rigor. The ideal candidate has successfully managed or scaled podcasts, demonstrating tangible results such as growing listener bases, improving engagement metrics, or securing high-profile guests. You should be comfortable balancing creative production with data-driven marketing in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: Php 300+

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EDT

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an "Independent Contractor," the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

Guest & Production Management

  • Research, reach out to, and book inspiring, high-impact guests.
  • Manage scheduling, communication, and preparation for a smooth guest experience.
  • Oversee and facilitate recording sessions to maintain quality and brand tone.

Content Creation & Post-Production

  • Edit and produce professional-quality video and audio episodes.
  • Create marketing assets such as audiograms, thumbnails, and short-form social clips.
  • Collaborate with the CMO and PR team to ensure cohesive storytelling and messaging.

Social Media & Channel Growth

  • Manage and grow the I Am Wiser presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Develop content calendars and post engaging, on-brand materials.
  • Monitor analytics and audience data to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with the Fractional CMO and PR team on promotional strategy, guest selection, and audience growth initiatives.
  • Use performance insights and analytics to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.
  • Maintain consistent messaging and tone across all digital channels.

Requirements
  • Proven success in podcast management, with measurable audience or engagement growth.
  • Experience producing and managing podcasts, YouTube series, or similar media projects.
  • Proficiency in video and audio editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Audacity, Descript, etc.).
  • Skilled in graphic design and content creation (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and social media growth strategies.
  • Must be available full-time during Eastern Standard Time (7 AM – 4 PM).
