We are seeking a Podcast Manager to oversee partnerships, sponsorships, and client relationships while managing all podcast scheduling and operations in PNG. This role serves as the crucial bridge between sponsors, talent, and the production team to drive revenue and ensure the successful execution of high-quality campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and advertiser relationships in PNG.
  • Pitch and secure new sponsorship and advertising deals for individual podcasts and the network as a whole.
  • Oversee all podcast scheduling and coordinate logistics with hosts and talent.
  • Ensure optimal ad placements and measure performance to deliver a strong return on investment (ROI) for sponsors.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and talent teams for seamless campaign execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and pricing with clients and agencies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Based in Papua New Guinea (preferably a Filipino national with prior media or sales experience in the region or a PNG local).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in account management, sponsorships, or media sales.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • A goal-driven mindset with excellent relationship management abilities.
  • Passion for podcasting and the digital media industry.
