About the Role:

We're looking for a Podcast Expert who can take full ownership of podcast production—from planning to publishing. The ideal candidate has strong experience in audio/video editing, content strategy, and podcast distribution, and knows how to repurpose episodes for social media to boost audience engagement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end podcast production process (recording, editing, mixing, mastering, and publishing).
  • Develop and implement podcast strategies to increase reach, downloads, and engagement.
  • Edit both audio and video versions of podcast episodes.
  • Create show notes, episode descriptions, and titles optimized for SEO.
  • Schedule and publish episodes on podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, etc.).
  • Repurpose podcast content for social media clips, reels, and promotional posts.
  • Coordinate with hosts, guests, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Track and analyze podcast metrics and audience insights.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in podcast production and management.
  • Proficient in audio/video editing tools (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, Descript, Premiere Pro, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of podcast hosting platforms and RSS feeds.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset and ability to produce engaging, high-quality content.
  • Familiar with social media trends and strategies for podcast promotion.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with YouTube channel management and SEO.
  • Background in content marketing or digital media production.
  • Knowledge in using automation tools like Zapier or Descript AI.
