We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data encoding, and providing support to daily business operations.

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is a plus but not required. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting, values teamwork, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This role also offers an opportunity to grow and learn new skills such as barista training, cashier operations, and other front-of-house (FOH) responsibilities—ideal for those who want to broaden their experience in both administrative and customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and clerical duties to support office and operations teams
  • Encode and organize data accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update company records, files, and databases
  • Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and other documents as needed
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams for administrative matters
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and email correspondence in a professional manner
  • Provide support in scheduling, documentation, and daily operational needs
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of HRM, Tourism, or other Hospitality-related courses is an advantage but not required

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

  • 1 year experience in an administrative or office-related role is an advantage but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Experience in data encoding and documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Customer service or restaurant experience is an advantage but not required
  • Positive attitude, reliable, and a good team player
