Admin Assistant

Job Summary:

The Admin Assistant provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. The role involves handling sales documentation, inventory monitoring, customer coordination, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain daily sales journals and transaction logs.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, collection receipts, and other sales-related documents.
  • Monitor and update inventory reports to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Coordinate and manage communication with customers, suppliers, and delivery partners.
  • Arrange and schedule deliveries or shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and proper documentation.
  • File, organize, and maintain company records and administrative paperwork.
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Support accounting and operations teams with clerical and logistical requirements.
  • Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
  • Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience in an administrative or clerical role. But Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
