Job Summary:
The Admin Assistant provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities. The role involves handling sales documentation, inventory monitoring, customer coordination, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain daily sales journals and transaction logs.
- Prepare and issue invoices, collection receipts, and other sales-related documents.
- Monitor and update inventory reports to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Coordinate and manage communication with customers, suppliers, and delivery partners.
- Arrange and schedule deliveries or shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and proper documentation.
- File, organize, and maintain company records and administrative paperwork.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Support accounting and operations teams with clerical and logistical requirements.
- Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
- Preferably with 1 year of relevant work experience in an administrative or clerical role. But Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
