About the role

As a Procurement Officer at Alapaap Printing Solutions Inc, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of materials and services for our printing operations. This full-time position is based in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila, and will involve working closely with teams to support the company's objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintain and regularly update inventory records to ensure accuracy.
  2. Oversee the timely purchase and delivery of supplies and materials.
  3. Ensure adequate stock levels of frequently used items are always available.
  4. Coordinate closely with the production team and suppliers to meet requirements.
  5. Verify the accuracy and quantity of all delivered materials.
  6. Monitor and ensure that all materials and tools used for events and fabrication are returned in proper condition and correct quantity.

What we're looking for

  1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field; candidates with college experience are also welcome.
  3. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
  4. Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful in handling supplies and materials.
  5. Knowledgeable in procurement-related applications like GSuite.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
