Key Duties and Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Planning

  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
  • Support in monitoring project milestones and deliverables.
  • Help maintain project documentation and filing systems.

Site Supervision & Monitoring

  • Conduct regular site visits to check progress and compliance with project specifications.
  • Assist in identifying and reporting project delays, issues, or risks.
  • Support in ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management.
  • Maintain accurate records of permits, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Update cost and budget monitoring documents under guidance.

Coordination with Stakeholders

  • Assist in communication between contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
  • Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Support in resolving on-site coordination issues.

Procurement & Logistics

  • Help source and coordinate delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor supplier performance and verify deliveries.
  • Assist in processing purchase orders and invoices.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Assist in enforcing site safety policies and quality control procedures.
  • Help document incidents, accidents, or safety concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and company standards.

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and expense reports.
  • Provide support in change order documentation and variation claims.
  • Help ensure project expenses align with approved budgets.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant construction or project management experience
  • Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) or similar software.
  • Willingness to visit and be assigned at project sites.
