CEO Intern

Kamilas4am is a startup that is growing rapidly. We need someone who can enjoy this journey while catching up on the speed of the founders. This job is not for everyone and if you are looking for a 9am-5pm corporate job, this is not the place. Please, don't apply.The CEO Intern will work closely with the CEO to provide day-to-day support in various tasks and projects. This role offers hands-on experience in business operations, leadership, and brand management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO with daily tasks and ad-hoc projects.
  • Manage and support the shipping/logistics team in the office.
  • Help with event planning, preparation, and on-site coordination.
  • Take product and event photos for content and marketing purposes.
  • Upload and manage content across platforms as assigned.
  • Perform general administrative duties and other responsibilities as directed by the CEO.

Requirement:

  • Receptive and humble enough to receive the feedback from founders
  • Works hard and fits the startup culture
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of photography and social media uploading is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

Salary and setup

  • 20k-40k pesos
  • Starting with hourly-based salary. Can be output based.
  • Part time / Full time
  • Work setup is "mainly onsite." Not hybrid.
