  • He/She must perform the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Acts as UDRCon of IAD;

  • Maintains all records/documents of IAD;
  • Does Monthly Requisition of Office Supplies for IAD;
  • Assists in the data gathering/document review for analysis of the Internal Auditors;
  • Validates and verifies accounts/retirees' status with issues. Does research on the area to be audited;
  • Renders technical assistance to Internal Auditors on their hardware and software needs;
  • Assists in retrieval/return of all documents/records/audit evidences needed for data gathering;
  • Collates, photocopies, assists in scanning records of retirees under review, and maintains database/statistics of all documents/audit evidences needed in the audit;
  • Assists in all necessary arrangements for IAD entrance/exit conferences;
  • Prepares monthly accomplishment report for submission to the Supervisor for performance evaluation; and
  • Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
