Job Description

As a Collections Officer - Finance One, you'll manage customer accounts in arrears with professionalism, empathy, and compliance. You'll engage with customers to find ethical repayment solutions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a team committed to responsible financial practices aligned with Australian standards.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off (AU hours, semi-flexible; may change after 3 months or depending on business needs)

Salary: PHP 40,000

Start date: February 2, 2026

Work setup: Onsite - Clark, Pampanga

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in debt recovery or collections (financial services preferred)
• Strong negotiation, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to compliance
• Ability to manage competing priorities and demonstrate resilience in high-volume environments

Your Daily Tasks

• Contact early-stage delinquent customers to negotiate repayment arrangements and recover overdue payments
• Educate customers on payment obligations and potential consequences of default
• Manage account workflows and maintain accurate, compliant records
• Identify customers experiencing financial hardship and escalate as required
• Handle inbound and outbound written and verbal communication professionally
• Adhere to relevant laws and internal policies, including the NCCP Act, ASIC/ACCC Guidelines, and the Privacy Act
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and achieve team targets
• Contribute to a positive, compliant, and supportive team culture
