DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As Product Support Specialist

1.     Collaborates and strategize with Sales Department to understand clients' requirements and come up with offering fit to clients' needs.

2.     Serves as educational consultant for sales' team for promotional events, conferences and seminars and escalates any potential roadblocks for product promotion and implementation.

3.     Conducts needs analysis by reviewing and providing feedback on the product as input to the development of educational innovation solutions and improvement of implementation process to support learners and educators.

4.     Creates/ Designs and facilitates training programs, workshops, and orientation that are aligned with the overall objectives of the partner schools and implementation process.

5.     Develops and maintains deep and meaningful connections with clients through meetings, school visits, focus group discussions and class observations.

6.     Communicates and provides customer feedback to anticipate future market needs to LIU Head.

7.     Analyzes and processes data from the system and present the results of the analysis in a clear manner.

8.     Prepares all documentation relating to scope of work as part of the documentation of the product implementation process.

9.     Interacts with the highest level of decision makers at some of the countries most renowned Institution.

Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
