Scope of position
Support the administrative side of operations, filing and keep order of all port visits documentation. Solicit missing documents to proper stakeholder (i.e. agents). Efficient and accurate execution of document fulfilment.
Tasks and responsibilities
- All storage from scratch (also creating folders when a LOGREQ arrives)
- Compilation of quotes and approvals
- EAF, QAF, and HAC draft preparation and reminder to daily report agent
- Assist the Operations Team with the preparation of SSS
- Ensure daily trackers are updated
- Ensure daily reports are received on time
- E-Mail archiving
- Update files with the various visits and status list of the various documents
- Maintain and update the OMS
Qualifications:
- A degree holder
- Should have at least 1-2 years admin experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Proactive, Bright and street smart
- Has good organizational skills
- Filing and achieving skills
- Basic accounting background (preferred)
