Inside Sales Specialist (Remote)Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and identify sales opportunities
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects and convert them into appointments
  • Update CRM records, notes, and lead statuses accurately
  • Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and provide helpful information
  • Track daily productivity metrics and meet performance targets
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive customer experience

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional tone
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (real estate experience is a plus but not required)
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily
  • Excellent time-management, follow-through, and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn CRM systems and productivity tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
