About the Role
We're looking for an
Inside Sales Specialist
who can bridge the gap between market opportunity and client engagement. You'll play a critical role in lead generation, client communication, and solution recommendation for the
Singapore tech market
.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new opportunities
- Provide customer support and maintain client satisfaction
- Recommend solutions and products aligned with client needs
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum
2 years' experience
in
Inside Sales
within a
tech company - Hands-on experience with the
Singapore tech market - Strong background in
lead generation
,
client service
, or
market research - Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Business
,
Marketing
, or related field - Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
- Ability to multitask and meet sales targets
Good-to-Have
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exposure to cross-border or regional B2B sales environments
