Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Placement:
  • Source and assess qualified applicants
  • Conduct background Investigations for qualified applicants
  • Employee & Staff On-boarding:
  • Collect and validate Pre-employment Requirements
  • Ensure timely issuance of company uniforms
  • Assist in ensuring effective conduct of on-boarding orientation
  • Third-Party Service Provider Management - Assist the HROD team in assessing staffing partners and severing or renew contracts with those that measure up to the set service standards.
  • Outsourced Staff Incident Report Resolution & Discipline - Assist in ensuring timely resolution and/or issuance of documented responses to all Incident Reports for outsourced staff.
  • Employee Engagement - Assist the HROD team in ensuring a productive work environment by maintaining favorable employee engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Education/Teaching/Training, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates with student leadership experience are welcome to apply.
  • Required skill(s): computer literate, strong attention to detail, data analysis, organization skills.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office functions: MS Word; MS Excel; and MS PowerPoint.
  • Willing to work in Bagumbayan, Quezon City, onsite and in Full-Time capacity
