We're looking for a proactive and organized HR Associate - Recruitment to support our end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct interviews; screen applicants for store-based positions
  • Provide assistance to walk-in applicants during screening process
  • Screen applicants endorsed by external agencies
  • Coordinate with Operations department regarding manpower needs
  • Manage job postings and address applicant queries on various hiring channels, including social media and online platforms
  • Plan and coordinate Job Caravans and other recruitment events participated in by the company
  • Facilitate deployment of hired personnel to designated branches
  • Assist in orientation and training of newly hired employees
  • Prepare Job Offer and Employment Contracts for new hires
  • Encode new hires into the HR database
  • Organize and maintain 201 files, agency documents, memos, training attendance, and other HR records
  • Monitor manpower status: direct hires, agency hires, and absorbed employees
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and database management
  • Experience in recruitment or HR support is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
