Job Description

You'll be promoting telco products and services, assisting customers with upgrades, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell telco products or services to existing and potential customers
  • Engage customers through outbound or inbound calls
  • Meet sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve performance goals

Qualifications
  • Open to all applicants – any educational attainment welcome
  • Preferably with sales experience (6 months+ as Sales Adapter or Expro 2)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Alabang
  • Can work on dayshift to midshift schedules
