Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cebu for a Senior Real Estate Sales Manager. The role involves overseeing daily sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Real Estate Sales Manager will also be responsible for mentoring sales agents and driving successful sales transactions. While some work from home is acceptable, the position requires a physical presence in Cebu to manage on-site activities effectively.

  • Real Estate License and Real Estate expertise
  • Strong Sales and Real Property skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the Cebuan real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
