HR Assistant

We are looking for an HR Assistant – Recruitment to join our team This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process — from validating manpower requests and sourcing candidates, to screening, onboarding, and orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies across various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, conduct background checks, and facilitate job offers.
- Manage onboarding, including orientation and preparation of employment contracts.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.
- Provide general HR support and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience in an HR role, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations on recruitment, hiring, and employment.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using online job portals and social media for recruitment.
- Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16, Php19,000.00 per month
