
HR Coordinator

Job Purpose:
To support the Human Resources department by assisting the overall HR operations, handling administrative tasks processing employee compensation and benefits, maintaining records, and supporting HR programs to ensure smooth and efficient departmental functions. an efficient and positive workplace.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handles day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, filing documents, and processing HR-related paperwork.
- Prepares weekly and monthly HR reports.
- Responsible for processing employee compensation and benefits, including payroll preparation, government-mandated contributions, and other related transactions.
- Assists with QMS compliance.
- Assists with budget of the department.
- Supports the HR team in various projects and initiatives.
- Assists in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinates internal events such as meetings, training, and employee appreciation activities.
- Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
