About the Role:

The Operations Support Intern will assist in planning and executing kiosk/machine deployments, supporting site prep, documentation, asset tracking, and coordination with teams and partners, gaining hands-on experience in project implementation and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Deployment Tracker

The intern will update and maintain the machine tracker, ensure data accuracy for smooth operations, and coordinate with internal teams to validate updates promptly.

2. Dashboard Creation for Databases

The intern will design and develop interactive dashboards to provide clear visibility of deployment data, including machine status, locations, and schedules. They will consolidate inputs from multiple sources into a centralized, user-friendly reporting tool and regularly update dashboards to meet management's reporting and decision-making needs.

3. Documentation and Reporting Support

The intern will assist in preparing and organizing weekly and monthly deployment reports for internal and management use, document deployment processes, timelines, and issues for future reference, and support the creation of standardized reporting templates to improve consistency and efficiency.

4. Internal Coordination and Communication

The intern will collaborate with the Deployment Unit to schedule activities and align requirements with internal stakeholders, provide timely and accurate updates to keep teams coordinated, and prepare a weekly machine movement report deck for internal alignment and review meetings.
