WHAT INTERNAL AUDITOR IN OPERATION LOOK FORWARD TO DO WELL

Assist in performing financial audits and evaluations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and compliance with company policies and regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles

What you will do:

  • Plan and conduct operational audits to assess process efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Analyze activities through documentation review, interviews, and observations.
  • Document findings and prepare audit reports with key findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • Communicate results to management and stakeholders, highlighting improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with management on corrective action plans to address audit issues.
  • Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and suggest mitigation measures.
  • Work with departments to gather insights and resolve audit issues.
  • Ensure compliance with eTap's safety and security protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Why You?

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or equivalent is preferred.
  • Willing to travel to different satellite offices occasionally
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations auditing, process improvement, or a related field. Entry-level candidates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
