Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across various departments and business units.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and timely audit reports for management.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Assist in risk assessment and annual audit planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) — strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal control frameworks, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and audit tools is an advantage.
