About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Accounts Manager
who can confidently establish and cultivate strong relationships with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and C-suite executives. This role extends beyond managing accounts — it's about cultivating client partnerships, driving strategic projects, and ensuring long-term growth and client satisfaction.
If you're highly skilled at navigating complex business conversations, keeping multiple projects moving, and influencing decision-makers, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients; build strong, long-term partnerships with executives and senior stakeholders. - Strategic Account Planning:
Understand client business objectives and develop strategies to grow accounts, identify new opportunities, and provide value-added solutions. - Project Oversight:
Lead and monitor end-to-end project execution — from briefing, proposal creation, and budget planning to delivery and reporting. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, creative, finance) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. - Business Development:
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue and strengthen the company's market presence. - Performance Tracking:
Monitor account performance, analyze reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years
of solid experience in
Account Management
and
Project Management
. - Proven track record in
Advertising, Banking, Finance
, or related industries. - Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with business owners, entrepreneurs, and top-level executives.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
