We are looking for an experienced Claims Manager to lead claims team in the Philippines. This role is responsible for overseeing the full claims lifecycle from assessment and investigation to resolution while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations. You'll work closely with clients, brokers, and internal teams to deliver excellent service and continuously improve processes.
What You'll Do
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end claims process, including review of complex and high-value claims.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine insurance laws and regulations while minimizing risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements, leveraging data insights to improve turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of claims professionals.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on claims performance and trends.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of claims management experience, preferably in non-life insurance (general insurance), healthcare, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine insurance regulations and claims processes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and manage teams.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and claims management systems
