Claims Evaluator

YOUR ROLE
- Receive, review, and assess non-life insurance claims (e.g., motor, property, casualty, marine, etc.).
- Verify the validity and completeness of claim documents and policy coverage.
- Coordinate with policyholders, agents, adjusters, and service providers for claim investigations and assessments.
- Prepare and recommend claim settlements within authority limits.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain proper documentation and update claim records in the system.
- Provide updates and respond to client inquiries regarding claim status.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance claims turnaround and customer satisfaction.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in claims processing within a non-life insurance company (motor, property, or other general insurance lines).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and claims management systems.
- Willing to work in a full on-site setup
