YOUR ROLE

  • Receive, review, and assess non-life insurance claims (e.g., motor, property, casualty, marine, etc.).
  • Verify the validity and completeness of claim documents and policy coverage.
  • Coordinate with policyholders, agents, adjusters, and service providers for claim investigations and assessments.
  • Prepare and recommend claim settlements within authority limits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain proper documentation and update claim records in the system.
  • Provide updates and respond to client inquiries regarding claim status.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance claims turnaround and customer satisfaction.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in claims processing within a non-life insurance company (motor, property, or other general insurance lines).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and claims management systems.
  • Willing to work in a full on-site setup
