We're looking for a
Claims Manager
to lead and oversee the entire claims process ensuring timely, accurate, and fair assessment and resolution of claims in line with company policies, industry standards, and Philippine regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in
    claims management
    , preferably in the
    insurance or healthcare
    industry.
  • Strong background handling
    consumer lines, travel, and Property & Casualty (P&C)
    claims.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine insurance laws, regulations, and claims processes.
  • Proven experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end claims: Oversee assessment, investigation, documentation, and settlement.
  • Handle complex or high-value claims: Provide guidance for fair and consistent resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance: Follow Philippine insurance laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Mitigate risks: Identify and address risks in claims handling and customer service.
  • Maintain client relationships: Work closely with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
  • Resolve escalations: Address complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Drive process improvements: Use data to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Report performance: Prepare regular claims reports and share insights with senior management.
