GENERAL JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing and coordinating the claims processing activities within the company.
- The role will involve liaising with clients, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of claims.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of (3) year proven experience in claims processing, preferably within the insurance industry.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and review incoming insurance claims, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Verify the validity of claims by conducting investigations, communicating with relevant parties, and coordinating with the claims adjuster if necessary.
- Process claims in accordance with established procedures and timelines, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Update claims status in the database and maintain accurate records of claim activities and decisions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to claims processing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for claims handling.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on claims processing metrics, trends, and outcomes.
