Qualifications:
- Must be graduate of any business course. (4-year course)
- Experience in any related field or administration work in the dealership is an advantage.
- Must be a team player and keen attention to details.
- Computer Literate.
- With pleasing personality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure validation of correctness of all loan documents given to Sales for signature of clients.
- Administrative work such as preparing acknowledgement receipts and transmittals for sending to bank partners.
- Preparation of Promissory Notes/Lease Documents, Disclosure Statements, Deed of Assignment, LTO undertaking, Affidavits, and other documentation requirements by partners.
- Prepares and coordinated document deficiency report and make follow-ups.
- Assist in Notarization of load documents.
- Encoding of salesman incentives to be given to Sales Team members.
- Follow-Ups LTO OR/CR registration and send to assigned financial institution.
- Coordinate with bank for documents needed for replenishments.
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist Auto-Finance specialist in pre-screening an application.
- Requisition of supplies needed by Auto-Finance Department.
- To assist other team members in the group when need arises.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
