Your Role in the Mortgage World

Be part of our client's team as a Loan Administrator, supporting brokers by ensuring accurate lending systems, implementing product updates, and navigating policy changes. You'll provide expert advice, troubleshoot complex inquiries, and serve as the vital link between lenders, brokers, and operational systems in the dynamic world of mortgage finance.

What You Bring to the Table

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential lending
• At least 5 years of administrative support experience in the AU mortgage industry, including credit management
• Experience with ApplyOnline (AOL) is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with loan lodgement processes
• Proficient in ApplyOnline and property valuation tools (CoreLogic)
• Strong understanding of lending terminology, policies, and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage shifting deadlines
• Self-managed with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Critical thinker with a proactive approach
• Professional, personable, and relationship-focused
• Team player with a results-driven mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management) or equivalent is highly preferred

What You'll Do Every Day

• Interpret, clarify, and implement product changes and lender policy updates
• Provide support to the broker network via email, telephone, and forums
• Offer subject matter expertise to brokers, helping structure deals and navigate lending policies
• Troubleshoot product and policy issues as they arise
• Communicate lender updates and changes to the franchise network
