About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Organizational Development Supervisor to oversee and support initiatives that strengthen our organizational effectiveness. The role involves supervising a team, ensuring productivity and quality of work, and spearheading projects in organization review, manpower planning, business process improvement, and job design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, guide, and monitor team members to ensure high performance, proper workload distribution, and quality outputs.
  • Lead job and manpower audit programs to identify gaps, redundancies, and duplications in functions, recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct organizational reviews to optimize operations and improve overall performance.
  • Analyze processes to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and reduce non-value-adding steps.
  • Oversee job analysis and redesign to ensure alignment with departmental goals and organizational needs.
  • Evaluate manpower requisitions and ensure only essential roles and functions are established.
  • Support organizational restructuring, job standardization, and outsourcing strategies, when necessary.
  • Conduct organizational diagnosis, including assessments of structures, manpower, equipment, and work processes.
  • Perform management support studies using various methodologies such as surveys, business process mapping, time and motion studies, and queuing analysis.
  • Research and analyze business practices and industry trends to enhance organizational programs.
  • Conduct performance reviews, goal-setting, and career planning for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies on safety, security, and information security.
  • Carry out other related functions or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration.
  • Master's degree or postgraduate units in related fields is an advantage.
  • At least 4 years of project lead or supervisory experience in organizational development, manpower planning, or process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
